Shipping Information

Shipping Policy

Orders placed by 3pm EST will ship the same day if the item is in warehouse.  Otherwise, orders will take 1 to 3 business days to process before being shipped out. (During the holiday season it may be extended).
We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays.
Estimated Delivery Dates are available within 12 hours of issued Tracking Numbers


Standard Shipping 

Standard shipping will arrive within 24-72 hours after the tracking number is sent to the customer. Order updates will come to your email and/or text. 

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for domestic orders and prices vary by quantity of items in the cart. Expedited orders take 1-2 days to deliver once shipped. 


Overnight Packages
Orders placed on Friday for Overnight are not guaranteed for Saturday Delivery (Customer must contact us to pay for additional Saturday Delivery). Overnight orders placed on Saturday will be shipped out the following business day. It is the customers responsibility to be available for the package, should USPS, UPS, or FedEx feel the package is unsafe to leave at the delivery location your package may be delayed. 


Please note P.O. Boxes will ship priority but may not deliver within 1-2 business days if Overnight is selected. 

International Shipping

International shipping is subject to extra shipping charges invoiced. Price and factor change on distance, weight, and qty of items. An invoice will be sent with an updated total if the shipping is greater than quoted. 

We recommend all orders over the value of $150 add Signature confirmation onto orders. Standard signature confirmation would be invoiced after the order has been placed. Price of signature depends on the amount/weight of the package. Please contact us with your order number to add signature confirmation to your order. 
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Refused Packages 
All Refused Packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
Undeliverable Packages 
All Undeliverable packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
Delivered Packages
All packages marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
